34 – Thermae Romae by Mari Yamazaki

I love this wacky time travel story about bath-culture crossing over between ancient Rome and modern-day Japan. It’s not only a great comedy, it’s a well-researched and quality historical series. Plus, whew those lovely hardcover volumes from Yen Press are special. The netflix announcement for the new anime adaptation inspired me for this episode.
